Change of Manager

Liquor-licensed establishments should report their designated manager. 

Colorado Revised Statutes Title 44-3-301(8) indicates that licensees shall report any change in managers to the state and local licensing authorities within thirty days after the change. 

To notify the Local Liquor Licensing Authority of a change of manager please fill out the Permit Application and Report of Changes form (DR8442) and submit via e-mail at clerk@keystoneco.gov, in person at 1628 Sts. John Rd Keystone, CO 80435, or via mail at the same address.  The Local Liquor Licensing Authority will forward notification to the State of Colorado.
