Notice of Upcoming Public Hearings

There is a public hearing scheduled on June 24, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. for the second reading of Ordinance 2025-O-11, Regulating the Licensing of the Distribution of Tobacco Products to Prohibit the Sale of Flavored Vape Products, Adopting a Regulation on the Unlawful Sale to Minors, and Establishing Penalties there of. This is the version of Ordinance 2025-O-11 considered on First Reading. Town Council approved this with a change to the effective date to January 1, 2026. The version that will be considered on June 10, 2025, will be available in the agenda packet for the June 24th meeting.
