This ordinance describes the requirements for Short-Term Rental licenses in the Town of Keystone. It outlines the process for renewal and new license applications.
The regulations described in this ordinance are similar to the regulations from Summit County.
Section 3821 of the Summit County Land Use and Development Code also speaks to STR regulations. This was adopted by reference by the Town Council on April 23, 2024.
The Town of Keystone is within the "Resort Overlay Zone". Under the current regulations, there are no caps on the number of licenses available in Keystone.
