The Town of Keystone took over enforcement of complaints for Short-Term Rentals within Town limits on October 1, 2024. There are two ways to submit complaints to the Town of Keystone:

If you have any complaints associated with a Short-Term Rental property, please give this number a call. Be prepared to share the property address and details of the incident you’re reporting. The more details and relevant pictures or information you are able to share with the hotline, the more effectively we are able to enforce the Town’s Short-Term Rental regulations.
