Audit

Section 10.15 of the Keystone Town Charter indicates that the Town Council shall provide for an annual independent audit of all accounts of the Town to be performed by a certified public accountant experienced in municipal accountant. The auditor selected to perform any audit on behalf of the Town shall have no personal interest in the financial affairs of the Town or of any person holding Town Elective Office or the Town Manager or the Town Finance Director. 

The 2024 Audit was completed by McMahan and Associates and was completed on July 22, 2025. All findings from the 2024 audit can be found here.
