Town Council received an overview of software options for Short-Term Rental enforcement. Town Council approved a contract with BlueVector AI for licensing.
June 11, 2024
First reading of Ordinance 2024-O-07, Approving Short-Term Rental Regulations.
June 25, 2024
Second reading of Ordinance 2024-O-07, Approving Short-Term Rental Regulations. Town Council approved a contract with Deckard Technologies for Short-Term Rental identification and a 24/7 hotline.
July 9, 2024
Town Council will discuss Short-Term Rental license fees.
July 23, 2024
Town Council plans to adopt fees for Short-Term Rental licenses.
August 30, 2024
The Town will open up the renewal application process for Short Term Rentals. All existing licensees will be notified.
October 1, 2024
The Town will officially take over licensing and administration of Short Term Rentals. New licenses can be applied for and issued. The 24/7 hotline will launch.
