Town of Keystone Liquor Licensing Information
Liquor licenses are issued by "dual" licensing authorities in Colorado. Applications are submitted to the local licensing authority for initial approval before being forwarded to the State of Colorado Liquor Enforcement Division. The Keystone Town Clerk's Office facilitates the application process for the Keystone Liquor Licensing Authority (Town Council).

Set up a meeting with the Town Clerk's Office to submit application. The Town Clerk's Office will meet with you to ensure that you have submitted all of the documents included with the application packet.
The Town Clerk's Office can not provide a legal review of your application or provide legal advice on filling out the application.
Following scheduling of this meeting, the Town Clerk's Office will provide the applicant with a secure document submission link for you to submit your documents. In order to keep any sensitive data in your application safe, please do not submit application materials via e-mail.
Submit payment for application to the Town Clerk's Office.
Local licensing and application fees can be made via a check written out to the Town of Keystone, Colorado.
State licensing and application fees can be made online to the State of Colorado's Liquor Enforcement Division. Please include proof of payment with your application.
